Never buy leads. Generate your own targeted leads for a very, very small fraction of the cost.
Buying leads in a win/lose situation. You being the last half of that scenario, loser. How reliable are those "fresh" leads? Who is the seller? How many people are buying the same set of leads? The questions can go on and on.
